Who operates Inflyze

Inflyze is operated by SFENKIA LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16242031, with its registered office at Unit 501 Leroy House, 434-436 Essex Road, London, England N1 3QP. References to “Inflyze”, “we” or “us” in these terms mean SFENKIA LTD.

Agreement to Terms

These terms govern your use of Inflyze's website, mobile applications, and related services. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the platform.

Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your credentials.

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your account secure and notify us of unauthorized access.
• Use the platform lawfully and professionally.

Content standards and enforcement

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive behaviour towards other people on Inflyze. Posting it, or targeting someone with it, costs you access to the platform.

• Prohibited: harassment, threats, hate speech or slurs, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, incitement to violence, and content that is illegal where you or your audience are.
• Anyone can report a post, story, comment, live stream, direct message or profile from the … menu on it, and can block or mute another account at any time.
• Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours. Content that breaks these rules is removed and the accounts responsible are suspended or permanently banned.
• Some material is refused automatically before it is ever published; reporting covers the rest.

Content and collaborations

Creators and brands are responsible for the content, briefs, proposals, messages, and deliverables they submit through Inflyze.

• Only publish content you own or have permission to use.
• Respect intellectual property, privacy, and advertising laws.
• Avoid misleading, abusive, discriminatory, or fraudulent activity.

Payments and disputes

Payments may be processed through third-party payment partners. Users are responsible for taxes, invoices, deliverables, and dispute resolution unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.

Service availability and liability

Inflyze is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inflyze is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
